Then, instead of accepting, I cancel it and use the same USM settings on Photokit SS, with a 'Find edge amount' of 2 - 3. I usually fire up USM to find which settings fit the picture best, without convern to noise amplification. I´m a newbie here, but let me share with you, I liked this result for USM set at 4.0 - 1.5 - 2 for one of my photos taken at night:Įlicrisko, you really should give Smart Sharpening a shot.
